The Ternopil territorial community is not just an administrative unit. It is a region that combines a strong economic base, developed social infrastructure, and a need for modern energy solutions. That is why EnergoPark Ternopil logically emerged here — as a response to the needs of a rapidly developing city.

1. A growing and modernising community

Today, the Ternopil community is one of the largest in the region. It unites the city and 10 surrounding villages, forming a cohesive space for industry, business, and residents. More than 250,000 people use educational, medical, and transport services every day, which require a stable energy supply.

The scale and dynamics of the community's development have become key factors in the implementation of modern energy solutions.

2. A powerful economic ecosystem

The community has:

- 110 industrial enterprises,

- almost 28,000 registered businesses,

- a wide network of social facilities: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, sports facilities.

This creates a high demand for stable electricity and shapes an environment where critical facilities must operate without interruption.

In such conditions, energy independence becomes not an advantage, but a necessity.

3. Energy consumption that requires reliable solutions

The community consumes 415 GWh of electricity per year, of which 80 GWh is accounted for by critical infrastructure. These are hospitals, emergency services, and utilities — facilities that cannot be left without power even for a short time.

These figures determined the scale and structure of the Ternopil Energy Park project. It was created not as a ‘reserve’ but to meet the real needs of a specific community, its people and its infrastructure.

Conclusion

The Ternopil community is an example of a region where investments in energy sustainability have the greatest effect. A developed economy, a large number of social facilities and high consumption rates make the implementation of the Energy Park not only relevant, but also a strategically important decision for the future of the community.
